The venue is located at 1801 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40511. Embassy Suites has a secured parking lot. Parking for the conference is available in the front and rear of the hotel. Both the front and rear entrances will take you to the Ballroom located on the first floor.

We are in the process of applying for CEUs with the following Kentucky State Boards:

  • Kentucky Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselors
  • Kentucky Board of Licensed Professional Counselors
  • Kentucky Board of Licensure for Marriage and Family Therapists
  • Kentucky Board of Social Work
  • Kentucky Board of Nursing

Attendees must attend all presentations. After watching all of the presentations, participants who need CE credit or want a certificate of attendance will need to visit https://sokyahec.thinkific.com/courses/RRAug28 and complete the following steps:

  • Once on the site, click “Enroll for FREE.”
  • Skip this step if you already have a Thinkific account. Create a free account that you will be able to access at any time to retrieve any courses and certificates provided by the Southern KY AHEC.
  • After you have made your account, please go back to the link above and click “Start Course” or “Continue Course” and complete the steps that follow.
  • Once all steps are complete, a certificate will be generated. The certificate has all the CE credit statements on it for all credits provided (NOTICE: The system does NOT WORK with Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge).
  • You must get your certificate within a month of the course, or courses will expire! Once expired, a certificate will not generate in the system and a certificate will NOT be issued.

Yes, lunch will be provided and is included in your registration fee.

Yes, the hotel will have complimentary guest WiFi. The password to join is Premium2024.

$159.00 if registered by May 31. After May 31, the registration rate for attendees will increase to $189.00.

Yes, we will not accept partial payments for the one-day conference.

All cancellation requests for registration must be received in writing with supporting documentation via email to michele.oldham@arccenters.com. See refund options.

Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. Registration payments made by check will be refunded via check to the original payee. Refund processing can take up to 2-4 weeks.

Refund requests received before August 1, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. After August 1, 2024 no refunds will be processed.

Yes, you may transfer your registration to a colleague leading up to Monday, August 26. Please email michele.oldham@arccenters.com to request the transfer. Please include the registered name, email, and phone number, along with the first name, last name, email, and phone number of the colleague who will be attending in your place.
